How we work

  1. Original market research adjusted to the needs of each search following a strategy previously agreed upon with the client. Intolerant of “Cut’n’Paste” practices, we likewise do not depend on Pick, Pluck and Plunder data bank forays, extricating candidates it suits the recruiter to recommend (i. e., normally more expensive than the client wishes to pay).
  2. The evaluation of candidates in accordance with clients needs, never the sale or promotion of favorite candidates reposing in our databank.
  3. Our evaluations report on both a candidate’s strengths and his weaknesses.
  4. Finalist candidates are submitted to assessments such as Strengthfinders and Emotional Intelligence with client agreement.
  5. We never discuss salaries with our candidates. We do not make them offers. That’s the client’s responsibility. One exception: we might make a “spontaneous” suggestion, previously rehearsed with our client.
  6. We absoloutely and completely guarantee that candidates we recruit for a position are always off limits for further recruitments efforts on our part.
